Scott Spradlin, LPC, LMAC, DBT Therapist, What is DBT Therapy and how can it help

My guest is Scott Spradlin, a therapist and team lead at Wichita DBT at NorthStar Therapy. He is knowledgeable of DBT, ADHD, mindfulness, mental health and psychotherapy.
